Delivery, Shipping and Pickup information

PICKUP FROM BREWERY
Pickup is from the brewery at:
10a Russell Street, Brunswick VIC 3056
PICKUP TIMES are same as our opening hours.
We will usually have your order ready to go when we open. If you place the order during or just before our opening hours we may need to prepare the order when you arrive (if you are picking up the same day), otherwise we will prepare it before opening the next day. Kegs are different and usually require 24 hours to prepare. You have 1 month to pick up your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN 10KM OF BREWERY)
Within 2km of brewery - free delivery always
2km to 5km from the brewery - minimum order of $36 to get free delivery, for smaller orders a delivery fee applies
5km to 10km from the brewery - minimum order of $60 to get free delivery, for smaller orders a delivery fee applies.
SAME WEEK DELIVERY - Orders will be delivered in less than 7 days. Delivery window is usually Friday from 2pm to 5pm. Please ensure an adult is at home to receive your delivery if you are a first time customer, otherwise we will redeliver another day. Order before noon Friday to have a chance at getting your delivery same-day. PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY GUARANTEE DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAYS - IF YOU NEED IT DESPERATELY SOONER THAN THAT YOU NEED TO CALL OR EMAIL US TO ASK IF THAT CAN BE DONE.
If we attempt to deliver and no one is home, we will give you a ring to see if you want us to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour (must be received by an adult if it is your first order) if you don't answer or that is not an option, we will attempt to re-deliver in the next few days. After two failed delivery attempts, you will have 1 month to pick it up from the brewery, or you can pay to have it posted to you.
