For the “WTF Wet-Hop Pale Ale” we take our beloved WTFPA and we “wet-hop” it with fresh Enigma hops to bring a whole other layer of hoppy to this hoppy pale. With a significant Australian hop presence, uncomplicated malt backbone and a clean finish the is a beer that truly showcases the full range of enigmatic qualities of Aussie hop Enigma. Earlier boil additions bring out dank red currant vibes, whirlpool additions conjure up some rockmelon and grass vibes, dry hopping delivers a tropical fruit salad bouquet to the ol’ schnoz, and finally the wet-hopping brings floral omplexity to the fore. Juicy start leads to Floral yet gritty finish and hoppy burps.
