The WTFPA keeps things simple with a significant Australian hop presence, uncomplicated malt backbone and a clean finish. It's a single hop beer that showcases the full range of enigmatic qualities of Aussie hop Enigma. Earlier boil additions bring out dank red currant vibes, whirlpool addition conjure up some rockmelon and grass vibes and finally dry hopping delivers a tropical fruit salad bouquet to the ol' schnoz. Juicy start leads to gritty finish and hoppy burps. This is our head brewer's go-to pale ale.
