Crisp, clean lager brewed in the classic style of the Czech pilsner but with a
touch of Aussie character. In addition to Czech Saaz hops we’ve employed a
restrained amount of Australian hop Melba to give it a very subtle delicate floral
aroma. Great with fried food, burgers, and Japanese food. Seriously, this beer
and tempura, maybe some grilled fish cheek... match made in heaven.
