This is a crisp and refreshing pale ale with a lean malt body that's been hopped with both Australian and European hops, for subtle herbaceous, floral and fruity notes. If we stopped there this beer would nail the fundamentals: demonstrating quality, structure and balance. Instead we jazzed it up with a touch of jasmine blossoms, for an evocative whisper of perfume. Proudly brewed in collaboration with the Melbourne International Jazz Festival 2024.
