Grab a few mates and book the raclette table at Inner North Brewing this winter! For all of Winter our friends at Cornelius Cheesemongers are letting us borrow their raclette melter and are also supplying the most exceptional raw milk French raclette this side of the equator. Never DIY'd your own raclette? Never ever even racletted? Don't despair! We will show you the ropes and get you set up at the Racelette table with your 1/8 wheel of cheese, all the sides, and the melting machine and show you how to melt and scrape your way to cheesy victory!
Price includes:
- Use of the raclette melter and table (and instructions and guidance)
- 1/8 wheel (approx. 1.5kg) of raw milk raclette
- Sides (pickles, pickled onions, potatoes, bread)

- Email hello@innernorthbrewing.com.au with preferred time/day for when you'd like to come in and consume cheesy goodness. *We will try to be accomodating as possible
You must:
- Bring 4-6 cheese eaters (including yourself)
- Allow for about 2 hours of cheesy good times
- Book 24 hours in advance for weekdays
- Book before noon Friday for Saturday/Sunday bookings
- Select "pick up" for your shipping method at check out
