An IPA that uses hops from both sides of the Pacific Ocean. Those hops bring a ton of character with aromas of pine, papaya, melon, and orange zest. This is paired with caramel and strawberry jam flavours from a deeper but still relatively dry malt body. It’s a classic IPA with an even pervasive bitterness that lightly lingers through to a cinnamon spice finish.
